Ms. Hernandez graduated from F.I.T. with a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts, and studied fashion in France and Italy as well as New York. Ms.
Hernandez has been a Textile Designer and Stylist for over twenty-five years and has extended knowledge in computer graphics and textile design. She has created textile collections for apparel and home furnishings, and is a specialist in repeats, colorways and engravings for original patterns. She has also produced designs and repeats for jacquards, embroideries, sheetings, and fleece. Ms.
Hernandez, who is a New York State Registered Teacher with a Full Teacher License,
is currently teaching Textile Design Portfolio Level I and II at NYSD
