New York School of Design (NYSD) is a
Licensed Private School located in the center of the fashion industry of New York. The school focuses on
Accelerated and
Comprehensive Fashion Career Training based on market needs.
The
training periods for full curriculum are normally six months. They include computer training, lectures, lab practice, and career tours. The NYSD faculty consists of very experienced CAD
teachers, professors, and very experienced fashion industry designers.
NYSD offers Day, Evening and Weekend Courses; Free Tutorial
Lab; Free Monthly Industry Seminars; Free
Showroom and Company Visits; Resume Writing Assistance and Job Placement Assistance to students.
NYSD has built close relationships with many fashion manufacturers, in order to establish support from the industry. Therefore, NYSD graduates have opportunities to acquire first hand industry experience, and obtain positions in many companies.
